I am initiating a global movement to heal hurting hearts by offering Christian trauma-focused tools that address childhood trauma & adversity within a safe engaging community.  The goal is to disrupt negative patterns and end generational trauma and toxicity through life changing support. 

 

I know what it's like to feel trapped in your pain.  I limped through life in emotional distress and spiritual brokenness for years, even as a Christian.  I found hope by learning strategies that helped me confront my past and heal.  Now I want to help you do the same.
